CV yoga<\/h3>

J’ai pouss\u00e9 la porte du yoga \u00e0 20 ans, et je n’en suis jamais ressortie.\u00a0 <\/p>

J’ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le yoga \u00e0 l’\u00e9cole fran\u00e7aise de yoga (EFY) \u00e0 Paris en parall\u00e8le avec mon activit\u00e9 professionnelle et mon r\u00f4le de maman. Pour garder mon dipl\u00f4me actif, je dois faire une semaine de stage par an, ce qui m’aide \u00e0 maintenir ma pratique vivante et, je l’esp\u00e8re, inspir\u00e9e. <\/p>

\u00a0J’enseigne le Hatha yoga, celui que j’ai appris \u00e0 l’EFY, depuis 30 ans.<\/p>

J’ai fait un d\u00e9tour par le bouddhisme tib\u00e9tain, et je me suis int\u00e9ress\u00e9e au Qi Gong, au Feng-Shui et au Yi- King. <\/p>

Je continue \u00e0 \u00e9tudier le yoga sous diff\u00e9rentes formes. J’ai un dipl\u00f4me d’animatrice de yoga du rire, je suis en seconde ann\u00e9e d’un cycle d’\u00e9tude sur 5 ans de nidra yoga. <\/p>

Divers<\/h3>

\u00a0Fan d’hero\u00efc fantasy, j’ai ador\u00e9 David Eddings, Van Vogt et les incontournables JK Rowling et Robin Hobb.\u00a0 <\/p>

J’aime jardiner, et participerais avec plaisir \u00e0 tout \u00e9v\u00e8nement horticole, comme des \u00e9changes de graine ou de savoir faire…\u00a0 <\/p>
